Ops-Core NFMI Earplugs are magnetic induction earplugs that are designed for use with the Ops-Core AMP headset. In NFMI mode, the AMP headset powers the speaker off, and instead uses magnet induction to transmit sound to the NFMI Earplug instead.
With other headsets, users have to turn volume to maximum levels in order to hear in conjunction with foam ear plugs. This is a more efficient way to maintain audio quality while also increasing decibel reduction.
