It has unfortunately come to a point where we feel it is necessary to address fraudulent claims from Canadian competitors. This has gone on for too long, so we feel the need to make this public knowledge to our customers. We will keep this brief and to the point with sources cited.
Infiray Canada Inc is not affiliated with Infiray Outdoor, Iray Technology, or any of their other subsidiaries beyond being a reseller in Canada. Infiray Canada Inc was a shell corporation being used as a platform to mislead consumers with the following claims:
- Opfor Night Solutions Corp and our sub dealers are not authorized distributors of Infiray products - FALSE
- We deal with "grey market" Infiray products and are unable to provide warranty or product support - FALSE
We will not publicly share the private messages and emails that were shown to us regarding their claims as they were shared with us in confidence. The following screenshot of their "about" page before they took down their website also shows the type of false messaging they are pushing.
If you received something similar, we would appreciate if it could be added to our internal catalogue to be presented to the manufacturer.
Here is the top of a recent sales contract proving that their claims are not true.
After some began to take note of what was going on they changed their registered business name to 13841880 CANADA INC. Numbered company registrations are commonly used to hide affiliations and make them harder to look up. It is common to switch from a numbered company to a named company as business grows, but not vice versa. It is reasonable to suspect this was done to hide past deception.

Now why would a company do this? With the evidence presented it is fairly straightforward to connect a few dots.
Compare these two corporate registrations to the same address - Parts of the addresses are redacted however they can be found on the publicly available links to follow.

To further show that this is not an addressing coincidence, the following Corporations Canada reports show that the two are registered to the same individual. A second director at Infiray Canada Inc seems to have been removed around the same time as the name change.
