our image intensifiers
We will forever be curious as to how different image intensifier tubes compare to each other. While nothing can replace an in person "tasting", video is the best representative way to present how different tubes compare. It is also very important to compare in both high and low light environments as with enough light almost any tube can be made to look good. However as light levels decrease entry level tubes will start to struggle sooner than higher end tubes. Once all tubes are working hard to produce an image we can really understand where a system sits in performance.
