The Kauffmann-Bremin DT-2 is the newest housing from the original designer of the DTNVG. This straight forward, polymer-based housing and is perfect for end-users who were a fan of the DTNVG or looking for a unique, no-frills, easy to use, light-weight articulating bino.
The DT-2 uses a simple two position switch that provides reliable and straight-forward power controls and a low profile friction based IPD design to maintain optimal pod position in front of your eyes. Auto pod shut-off on articulation and auto-off on stow help prevent damage from light sources when the goggle is not in use.
Design improvements from the DTNVG have created a housing that is far more builders and hobbyists alike, and provides greater serviceability.

We offer premium quality lenses with our systems from US Milspec vendors. Lenses are very important when it comes to image quality, and while lower quality lenses are still useable, lower quality lenses will result in lower perceived resolution, and higher perceived image distortion.
